Longtime Beach Boys member David Marks was arrested in a domestic dispute with his wife, California police say.
TMZ reports that the guitarist, 69, and Carrieann Marks were both taken into custody earlier this month after the dispute that was reportedly instigated by the wife.
Carrieann told the outlet that the whole thing was a misunderstanding, and ‘we are happier than ever’.
She said neither of them is planning to press charges.

David is best known for being a member of the Beach Boys, having recorded four studio albums with the group. He is pictured far right with the others in the 60s
David was booked for a misdemeanor of resisting, delaying or obstructing an officer.
Carrieann was arrested for domestic violence against a spouse, also a misdemeanor.
The pair look rather unhappy in their mugshots, as would be expected.
David is best known for being a member of the Beach Boys, having recorded four studio albums with the group.
The guitarist was invited to play with longtime friends Brian, Dennis and Carl Wilson after the band’s original guitarist Al Jardine left for school.
He appeared on some of The Beach Boys biggest early hits, including Shut Down, Surfer Girl, Be True To Your School and Surfin’ USA.
After Jardine came back in 1963, Marks left and went on to be a session musician until being invited to tour with the group in the late 90s.
Years later in 2012 Marks joined other surviving members, Brian, Jardine, Mike Love and Bruce Johnston for the 50th reunion tour and appeared on their album That’s Why God Made The Radio.
