Lori Loughlin’s daughter Bella wishes sister Olivia Jade well on her 20th birthday ahead of trial

For obvious reasons, this family has sought to keep somewhat of a low profile this summer… but it’s not everyday your little sister turns 20 years old.

Isbaella ‘Bella’ Rose Gianulli, embattled TV actress Lori Loughlin’s eldest daughter, took to social media to wish her younger sister Olivia Jade a happy 20th birthday on Saturday.

The young women are at the center of the college admissions scandal involving both their famous mother and father, who are accused of allegedly forking over $500k to fraudulently secure them spots at University of Southern California.

Bella shared a throwback post of herself and her sister as toddlers on her Instagram account, tagging the birthday girl.

‘Happy birthday baby girl, I love you,’ Bella, 21, captioned the post, which also included a video of Olivia Jade rocking out and having a very good time listening to heavy metal.

While Bella has remained relatively active of the social media platform, sister Olivia Jade has all but stopped posting, with her last update coming two months ago for their mom Lori’s 55th birthday.

Bella also celebrated a recent birthday, her 21st on Sept. 17, which was just a matter of days after actress Felicity Huffman, also involved in the nationwide scandal, was sentenced to 14 days behind bars.

While Huffman pleaded guilty for her role in the scam, having bribed in the amount of $15k, Lori and her husband Mossimo Giannulli have pleaded not guilty and are awaiting trial, where they can face a much, much longer prison sentence.

A source recently told People Magazine that Loughlin is trying to ‘process’ what Huffman’s sentencing means for her, her husband, and their family.

Another parent involved was also recently sentenced in the scandal, receiving four months in prison for paying $250k for his son to pose as a water polo player in order to be let in to USC.

Fifteen parents have admitted to conspiring in the college scam, while 19 parents, including Loughlin and Giannulli, are pleading not guilty, according to the Los Angeles Times.

Loughlin and Giannulli pleaded not guilty in April, after turning down a plea deal that included jail time, and were then slapped with added charges of money laundering and conspiracy.

‘If [Loughlin]’s found guilty, she will go to jail; that is clear,’ a source told People. ‘And if another deal is offered to her, which I don’t think it will be, she will go to jail. Her only chance of avoiding jail is to beat these charges.’

Loughlin faces a maximum of 40 years in prison if convicted, but legal observers doubt that a judge would impose such a harsh sentence.

Her next court appearance, a status conference, is set for October 2.
