Lori Loughlin’s husband Mossimo Giannulli enjoys leisurely round of golf…. while facing up to 50 years in prison for college admissions scandal

He and wife Lori Loughlin pleaded not guilty to conspiracy to commit fraud, money laundering, and conspiracy to commit federal program bribery.

And on Sunday afternoon, Mossimo Giannulli looked like he didn’t have a care in the world as he enjoyed a round of golf in Toluca Lake, California.

The 56-year-old fashion designer smiled as he focused on his game despite facing up to 50 years in prison if convicted on all counts.

The father of two donned black trousers with a striped top while on the golf course; the beaming fashion designer was seen taking a swing at the golf ball.

Mossimo, who sported a heavy beard, is one of 11 parents that were indicted last month on a charge of conspiring to commit federal program bribery.

The new charge is in addition to conspiracy to commit fraud and money laundering, which they pleaded not guilty.

The duo’s lawyers pleaded not guilty on their behalf to the newest charge.

Lori, 55, and Mossimo were not required to appear in court to enter their plea.

The couple was indicted by a federal grand jury in April amid accusations they tried to pay an admissions fixer $500,000 to have their daughters recruited onto the University of Southern California’s rowing team in spite of their inexperience in the sport.

Their daughters, Olivia and Bella, no longer attend USC.

Their case returns to court for a January 17, 2020 hearing, though they will not be mandated to attend.

Last week, Lori’s former Full House co-star Andrea Barber told People magazine that filming Fuller House’s finale without her was ‘really sad,’ adding that ‘we could feel her absence.’

Andrea, who plays Kimmy Gibbler, said: ‘It just felt like there was a hole in the whole season but also in that final episode. She should’ve been there, and I’m sorry that she wasn’t.’

Adding that Lori is ‘one of the sweetest, kindest and most down-to-earth people [she’s] ever met. She’s just a sweetheart, and she’ll always be family to me.’
