A father-of-six has flown to California to see his felon girlfriend for the first time after paying $5,000 out of pocket for her $50,000 parole bond because she is deemed a ‘flight risk.’
Scott, 45, from Las Vegas, Nevada, met his new love Destinie online, but he has never actually seen her in person because she had gained weight and didn’t want him to ‘see her like that.’
In a preview clip from Friday night’s episode of the We TV reality series Love After Lockup, he is getting ready to pick her up at the Glenn County Jail, but he is admittedly worried he won’t be attracted to her if she doesn’t look like her picture.

He only has photos: The dad met the felon online, but he has never actually seen her in person because she had gained weight and didn’t want him to ‘see her like that’
Despite his reservations, he is excited to finally be able to wrap his arms around Destinie and tell her that he loves her in person.
The lovestruck dad is going all out for her release and makes her tacos in his hotel room using a hot plate because she said she was ‘dying’ for them.
‘Destinie’s having me bring her shoes, clothes, makeup, just everything she needs,’ he explains. ‘I have not spoiled all my girlfriends like this. I just think Destinie deserves it.’
Before meeting his new girlfriend online, Scott was in a relationship with the mother of his children for more than 20 years, but they never got married.
Fears: Scott admits that he is worried he won’t be attracted to Destinie if she doesn’t look like her photo, but he is looking forward to being alone with her in the hotel room he got them
Love is blind: Scott was warned by a bail bondsman that Destinie is a ‘flight risk,’ but he still paid $5,000 out of pocket for her $50,000 parole bond
He believes Destinie is the one for him and hopes to make her his wife someday soon, even though he has no idea what she looks like aside from the photos she sent him.
‘Destinie says she looks like this,’ he says, holding up a framed photo of his paramour. ‘But she said she gained some weight, so I’m really not sure what to expect.
‘What makes me the most nervous is not having that attraction when we meet,’ he admits. ‘I know this all seems kind of sketchy to bail out, basically, somebody I’ve never met, but it’s all for the love of the game, right?’
Scott has already spent thousands of dollars on Destinie, not including the money he had to put up for her parole bond.

‘The bail bondsman told me it’s a $50,000 bond, so I had to pay $5,000 out of pocket,’ he explains.
The clip cuts to footage of Scott being told the insurance policy is for $50,000 because she failed to appear in court.
‘She was on an ankle monitor and she cut the monitor off. She’s a flight risk,’ the bondsman warns him.
Scotts knows that people are skeptical of his relationship, but he has chosen to follow his heart.
‘I just think that people doubt me and Destinie because they just don’t see what I see in her,’ he said. ‘They don’t talk to her. They don’t understand, and right away, it’s all, “She’s catfishing you,” or ‘She’s gonna do this. She’s gonna rob you.”

After packing up his hotel-made tacos and driving to the jail, he is waiting outside for Destinie when he receives a phone call from her.
‘Answer!’ a producer yells from behind the camera.
When he picks up his phone, Destinie sounds distressed, which concerns Scott.
‘Yo, I’m f******g about to have a heart attack. Listen…umm,’ she says before hanging up on him.
‘Destine never hangs up on me. She always says bye and I love you,’ he tells the camera. ‘It makes me extremely worried.’
