A heartbroken Tayla Damir announced her split from Love Island Australia’s Grant Crapp on Thursday, just five weeks into their whirlwind romance.
Cutting a downcast figure at Sydney airport on Thursday night, the usually bubbly reality star was visibly shaken as she prepared to fly home to Perth.
Appearing to hold back her tears with a wavering voice, the 21-year-old told Daily Mail Australia: ‘It’s obviously a bit of an emotional time for me.’

On Monday, Tayla admitted on the Kyle and Jackie O Show that she was heartbroken about Grant’s secret girlfriend, and that she had considered walking away.
‘[Dumping him] went though my mind, for sure, obviously finding that out was a big shock to the system and I was like, “Well, do you really love me?”‘ she claimed.
However, in the matter of three days, Tayla insisted she couldn’t get past the betrayal and trust issues and announced their split on Thursday.
