Shaq then admits Ron’s love triangle with Lana Jenkins is to blame, as he confesses: ‘It stems from how much I care about Lana.’

Ron replies: ‘Aside from the Lana situation, I feel like the reason we’ve drifted apart was the Casey situation.

Tanya later confesses to the girls that Shaq has been ‘giving her the ick’, as she opens up on a girls’ day out.

The girls receive a text that reads: ‘Girls, it’s time to head out for a gossip and a cocktail. Please get ready to leave the Villa #LoveIsland #NoBoysAllowed’.
