‘I’m sick to death of it’: Love Island’s Amber Gill accuses TikTok of banning a video of she posted of herself dancing in tiny hotpants as it ‘violates community guidelines’
Amber Gill has been left furious after claiming one of her TikTok videos was banned by the social sharing platform for ‘violating community guidelines’.
The video in question, which she re-shared on her Instagram story on Tuesday, showed her wearing a black top and a pair of tiny black shorts.
The 23-year-old former Love Island star expressed her disbelief at her video being removed, while similar content from other users was allowed to remain published.

Two large question marks had been placed into the bottom-left corner of the video.
In a picture, also uploaded to her story, Amber said: ‘I’m sick to death of TikTok banning my videos.
‘Saying I’m violating community guidelines. This is my TikTok.’
Amber went on to explain that her anger did not just stem from her claims of her video being banned, but also from discovering that similar videos from other content creators had been allowed to remain published.

She questioned why the other user’s video was fine but hers wasn’t, saying she understood of TikTok had a problem with users displaying their behinds.
‘But like you can’t not accept mine and accept this,’ she said.

Amber’s claims come after she stunned fans by revealing a new hairstyle on Instagram earlier this month.

A glowing palette of glam make-up enhanced her natural beauty.
She captioned the picture: ‘A blonde moment.’
Former Love Island stars Belle Hassan, Yewande Biala and Shaughna Phillips commented on the post showing their appreciation for Ambers new look.
