Love Island’s Cassidy and Charlie get locked in a furious slanging match

She had a tearful reconciliation with Love Island bad boy Grant Crapp earlier this week, despite his flirty antics with Tayla Damir behind her back.

And Cassidy McGill was in for more drama a day later, as she became locked in a furious row with fellow Islander Charlie Taylor in scenes set to air on Thursday night.

The 23-year-old blonde bombshell looked visibly upset as she spoke to former rugby league player Charlie, 22, who gestured angrily at her.

Cassidy certainly looked tense during the exchange, grimacing at Charlie as he talked to her.

Clad in a blue towel and with her hair curled up in rollers, the bartender seemed unprepared for the fiery interaction.  

While it’s unclear what the pair appeared to fall out over, it could relate to Cassidy’s recent bust-up with her love interest Grant.

The bad boy, who has been compared to Married At First Sight villain Dean Wells, reduced Cassidy to tears several times during Wednesday’s episode due to his flirty behaviour with Tayla.

He admitted to the boys that he finds brunette beauty Tayla ‘hot’ and later told her he ‘wanted to kiss her’.

Tayla filled Cassidy in on what Grant had said to her, admitting that she told him she wanted to kiss him too.

When a devastated Cassidy confronted the tradie, he initially lied and said he never tried to proposition Tayla – before insisting she was the one who made the advances first.

After several fraught exchanges back and forth between the trio, Grant eventually confessed all to Cassidy.

The blonde bombshell wept as she declared that she’s used to guys treating her with ‘a bit more respect and dedication’ and added that she ‘deserved better’. 

Despite her fury, Grant managed to win her back and the pair tentatively agreed to put his shameless flirting behind them.
