The Love Island star, 23, showcased his incredible weight loss transformation with an impressive video montage.

The first image saw Joe smiling at the camera as a young teenager in a white shirt and with shorter hair.
He then shared a collection of snaps showcasing his weight loss with the final photos displaying his toned torso.
Referencing the term ‘glow up’, Joe uploaded the montage video alongside a caption that read: ‘You could say I had a “Joe Up”.’
And fellow Love Islanders including Ched Uzor, Joanna Chimonides and Eva Gale were quick to show their support.

It comes after co-star Amber Gill slammed claims she and Joe were anything more than good friends in December.
The reality star, 22, said ‘there was nothing going on’ in a video that appeared to show her and Joe getting close in a nightclub – just weeks after his split from Lucie Donlan, 21.
In an exclusive interview, Amber told MailOnline it was ‘awkward’ that fans believed the pair were kissing in the clip which circulated online in December – and she feels people are waiting for her to ‘slip up.’

She explained: ‘Nothing went on. Joe and I are just good friends and we were only talking.

‘People are waiting for me to slip up and do something. I watched the video and there’s nothing actually going on.’
