The bombshell stuck to three meals a day at 1,600 calories and worked out three times a week after she said she wanted to get back to her former size eight size.
Tyla quickly dropped to 10 stone seven lbs following the birth of her son but she enlisted the help of musclefood.com’s Do the Unthinkable diet and exercise programme to lose the final few pounds.
Famed for her time on Love Island where she paraded her slender figure in bikinis, the TV star admitted she never had problems with her weight before pregnancy.

She confessed ‘sweaty patches’ under her breasts and ‘rolls of fat’ were ‘completely new’ to her after she enjoyed snacking on waffles during her pregnancy.
‘Rolls of fat were completely new to me – I’d never had them – and sweaty patches under my boobs were certainly not something I expected when I put on weight.’ She said.
‘I’ve weighed around eight stone four for years and never had any problems with my weight. Before I had Archie, I could eat and drink what I wanted and never gained a pound.’

However, Tyla insisted she loved her pregnancy curves but she said she wanted to lose the weight because it would make her feel ‘more confident’.
She said: ‘I loved my pregnant body but after Archie was a couple of months old, I knew I wanted to lose weight to feel better in myself and feel more confident.’
The mother-of-one revealed she was able to do the high intensity work outs to tone up at home while Archie was having a nap.

Tyla welcomed her first child with her boyfriend Ross whom she has been romancing for almost a year.
While they only acted on their love more recently, the couple first crossed paths nine years ago in Mallorca.
