Lydia Bright has moved into a £1.5million four-bedroom Georgian house in Essex, which is a stone’s throw away from where her TOWIE ex-boyfriend James Argent lives.
The former ITVBe star, 32, calls the property her ‘forever home’ after moving in with three-year-old daughter Loretta last month, following a two-year search for her dream abode.
Complete with four double bedrooms and three bathrooms, the newly renovated Georgian residence overlooks green fields and has a spacious garden for Loretta, who Lydia shares with former partner Lee Cronin, to play in.
Offering a large living space and kitchen, the three-storey house also boasts bathrooms with freestanding baths, high ceilings, and a long driveway with a private gated entrance.
Lydia’s ‘fairytale’ property is situated a mere five-minute walking distance from her ex-boyfriend Arg’s home, making it easy for the former couple, who are still close friends, to spend time together.

A source told MailOnline: ‘Lydia couldn’t be happier after moving into her new home — it’s everything she’s ever wanted.
‘Living so close to your ex-boyfriend isn’t ideal but Lydia and Arg are good friends still, all the previous drama between them is over.
‘Lydia’s mum is also nearby so Arg isn’t the only friendly face in the neighbourhood.’
On February 18, Lydia told her 1.2million Instagram followers that after viewing over 50 properties and living with her parents for seven months, she had finally found the house she had been searching for.
Alongside an adorable image of Loretta being handed the keys to their new home, she wrote: ‘Nearly two years since I started the search.
‘One failed house purchase, seven months bunking in at my parents and probably/maybe 50 viewings later… Our forever fairytale home can begin.
‘I am so emotional right now. I am so proud of this moment and extremely grateful for every opportunity that I have been given in life that has led me to this day.
‘I cannot believe this is ours, a new chapter in our life together, happily ever after.’

The former TOWIE star, who left the ITVBe series for good in 2017, moved out of her previous property in July last year after living at the Essex home for 11 years.
Lydia and James are childhood sweethearts and dated on and off from 2008 until 2016.
The TV personality alongside her mum Debbie has supported Arg throughout his recovery from drug and food addiction as he continues to rebuild his life after attending rehab and having gastric sleeve surgery.
Last week, James performed at Lydia’s daughter’s third birthday party, which was a pink-themed bash nicknamed Loretta’s Disco.
Lydia wrote on Instagram: ‘It ain’t a party with a little Argy Bargy. Thank you @real_arg for bringing the entertainment and organising the best birthday present… You are a very special friend.’

James is currently in a long-distance relationship with Italian actress girlfriend Stella Turian, 18, who he’s been dating since last summer.
He recently told MailOnline that Stella has helped him to regain his confidence after losing 13-stone and having a tummy tuck to remove the excess skin from his stomach.
He said: ‘Obviously, we are in a long-distance relationship, but we make it work and every time we see each other it’s exciting and fun and we do nice things and when we’re not together we’re still in regular contact.
‘It’s nice because then we miss each other and when we do see each other it’s always special.
‘She’s very proud of me and she’s been very supportive. Absence makes the heart grow fonder and I’m just so happy.’
