A major crash involving up to 15 cars has caused huge traffic delays for commuters heading into the Brisbane CBD on Tuesday morning.
The vehicles collided on the north bound lanes of the Pacific Motorway just before 6am with the Juliette Street exit at Greenslopes now blocked.
Ambulance crews assessed 13 patients with six taken to hospital with non life-threatening injuries.

Delays are expected to continue back to Upper Mount Gravatt with traffic already delayed by one hour as cars queue up for kilometres.
Drivers have been urged to avoid the area.
