Maddy King flaunts her washboard abs in a barely-there bikini

She’s a fan of naturopathic treatments, so it’s little wonder that Maddy King enjoyed a spot of salt therapy on Tuesday.

Slipping her toned figure into a skimpy terracotta-coloured bandeau bikini, the brunette bombshell flaunted her gym-honed while posing for a selfie.

Maddy also snapped an inside shot of the salt room at Pinnacle Health Clinic in Parramatta – and shared the photos with her 17,300 followers via Instagram Stories.

The model and nutritionist seemed to fly solo to the spa as her triathlete boyfriend Matt Poole was nowhere to be seen.   

Maddy and Matt started dating a year after her shock split from Kris Smith.

The pair parted ways in October 2016 – after a four-year relationship – and Kris has since moved on with personal trainer Sarah Boulazeris.  

Kris confirmed the news in a statement to Daily Mail Australia at the time.

‘Maddy and I are no longer together, we haven’t been for some time,’ he said.

Meanwhile Maddy recently opened up about her healthy lifesytle in an interview with The Urban List.

Speaking about juggling fitness with her nutritional business, the Sydney-based beauty said: ‘I try to workout in the morning – it leaves the rest of the day free and makes me feel energised for everything else I have on.

‘If I leave exercise to later in the day, I may feel too tired and not end up doing much or anything.’ 

She said her go-to workouts include Pilates, yoga, running, swimming or walking. 

In a bid to motivate others to adopt a more active lifestyle, Maddy shared her top tips for seizing the day.

She said: ‘Going for a quick walk or doing something simple in your room like mat exercises or watching a YouTube exercise video can be hugely beneficial. 

‘Then you don’t have to waste time and money getting to a gym.’
