Madonna Skincare Line MDNA Skin Comes to The U.S.

Three years after launching her skincare line MDNA Skin in Asia, Madonna has finally brought her luxe products to America.

To celebrate, the pop star turned beauty entrepreneur hosted an event in New York City where she shared the unconventional ways she likes to use her products.

‘There isn’t one product that I don’t use on every part of my body. I rub the serum into my knees, I rub the leftover goo from the eye mask into my elbows and forehead. I have used the Chrome Clay Mask on my butt.’

Queen of Pop and skin: Madonna, 59, has finally brought MDNA Skin, her line of luxe beauty products to the U.S.

When someone in the crowd asked her what inspired her to apply the $220 face mask on her butt, she cheekily replied, ‘Don’t other people look at your butt? Your butt has an audience!’

This is certainly true for Madonna, who is no stranger to showing off her assets. At the 2016 Met Gala, the rebel wore a lace Givenchy gown with revealing cut-outs in the back.

With a laugh, the singer even suggested asking a significant other to assist in removing the mask from your behind.

While Madonna clearly has fun experimenting with the mask, it’s the Rose Mist that she would take with her on a desert island.

‘I hate feeling dehydrated and I’m traveling all the time, so I always keep it in my bag,’ she said.

Madonna promoted the product in an Instagram video with social media star Josh Ostrovsky a.k.a The Fat Jew last week.

‘You know what I think, Josh?’ Madonna asks him as she receives a massage and a manicure and spritzes herself with product. ‘Pampering is the key to youth. I spray my face with rose mist spray and I feel like I’m walking through a garden of… something.’

Josh stopped by DailyMailTV to dish on working with Madge and said that the promo was totally improvised. ‘There was a script and she was like, “Get rid of it, we can say what we want”.’

Rounding out the line is a face serum, an eye serum, an eye mask, a cleanser and a $600 set that includes the Chrome Clay Mask and a magnetic device that removes the product magnetically (it’s seriously magic!).

MDNA Skin is available exclusively at Barneys New York with prices starting at $50.
