Frustrated fans took to Twitter to scold the Gold Coast electrician after he admitted he’s still in love with Heidi following their ‘marriage’ breakdown.
‘Mike is practising his whisper voice feigning sincerity. We see you #gaslighting her again,’ one viewer raged.
‘You missed the two minutes of gaslighting before Mike said he loved her,’ another user Tweeted.
Fans continued to take aim at Mike, with one Tweeting: ‘Team Heidi all the way. She deserves so much better than gaslighting Mike.’

While another user went on to accuse Mike of not only ‘gaslighting’ but breadcruming, which involves a person leaving a trail of small but flirtatious messages for a potential date.
‘Mike – first Gaslighting…Now Breadcrumbing,’ the viewer tweeted.
One viewer even claimed Mike is responsibility for Heidi ‘losing herself’ in their relationship.
‘Heidi explaining her relationship with Mike is every woman who’s been in a relationship with subtle & not so subtle gaslighting. “I kinda lost myself. I came in one person and left a different person. I didn’t like the person I was in the end,” one viewer said.

Last month, a woman claiming to be Mike’s ex-girlfriend accused him of gaslighting her during their relationship and issued a stern warning to Heidi.
‘I was crying all the time and he accused me of being emotional,’ Gabriela Pao, 28, told Who magazine.
‘He’s a charming guy and was fun and very sexual at the beginning.
‘He’d say horrible things to me at the start that I thought was my fault… He used to call me chunky and fat and made me feel horrible… I lost myself and became depressed.’

Meanwhile during Monday’s episode, Mike was quizzed by MAFS expert John Aitkin about whether he’s still in love with Heidi.
‘Yeah, probably. It takes a lot to break my heart,’ Mike conceded.
‘I’m a bit sad to talk,’ Mike said as his eyes welled up with tears.
He continued: ‘We just got so close. But…it’s just not gonna work, so, you just gotta leave it alone. But I do love her. I’m thankful for that. It was a beautiful journey.’
Moments later the pair were seen breaking down to tears as they deliberated over their heartbreaking breakup, which took place just two days after their final vows.
The experts then proceeded to ask the former flames whether there’s any chance of a ‘reconciliation.’
Mike then turned to Heidi and said, ‘I do miss you.’
The comment triggered an emotional response from the Queensland radio announcer as she broke down and said: ‘I know I miss you too.’

Seconds into the reunion final, MAFS expert, John Aitkin announced ‘groom’ Samuel Ball ‘decided not to attend’ the reunion finale, where his ex-wife Elizabeth Sobinoff faced the most cruel humiliation over his past indiscretions on the experiment.

The blonde bombshell’s night continued to worsen as later she was left utterly devastated when she was shown footage of Sam Ball slamming her weight.
She was markedly shaken and outraged after she watched her ‘husband’ discuss her weight upon meeting her on their wedding day, calling her a ‘bigger girl’.
Elizabeth raged: ‘What the hell is that? You just met me on the wedding, right, OK? You judge me by my appearance, that I’m a larger girl, I’m a heavy girl, OK? So, what is he setting the tone for all women out there?’
The store manager then viewed footage of Sam bragging to the other male contestants that Elizabeth had been sexually aggressive with him.
However the blonde strongly denied the allegations and claimed Sam acted differently when alone with her.
