And on Monday, the former reality TV star-turned-influencer revealed on of the natural remedies she claims helps with her health issues.
Posting a photo of a glass of salt water on Instagram, she wrote: ‘Drinking salt water helps flush out toxins and helps aid digestion.’

According to Healthline, a salt water flush – which is a mix of drinking warm water with non-iodized salt – has a laxative effect that can remove toxins and waste.

Cleanse: She followed that post with an update on Tuesday, telling her fans: ‘Drinking salt water helps flush out toxins and helps aid digestion,’ along with a laughing emoji. ‘Yeah it’s good for constipation. Helps to cleanse the colon,’ she added
The website noted that there is little scientific evidence drinking salt water removes waste, calling it a ‘short-term’ solution to creating bowel movements.
Rather, there is plenty of anecdotal evidence of other peoples varying experiences with the cleanse.
