‘This is something really special!’ MAFS’ Cameron Merchant and Jules Robinson announce their engagement at the reunion… and reveal their wedding date
They became engaged during the final vow ceremony last Sunday.
And Married At First Sight’s Jules Robinson and Cameron Merchant excitedly announced the happy news to the rest of the group during Sunday night’s reunion episode.
The make-up artist, 36, and retired cricketer, 34, also revealed that they plan to marry this September – one year after they first met while filming the show.

Discussing their engagement at their hotel, Jules said: ‘It’s been six weeks since we left the experiment, and we’re still engaged.’
‘Things have been incredible and we’ve moved in together,’ Cameron gushed.
‘I suggested that we get married on the one year anniversary of when we first met. And this time next year I would like to be pregnant,’ Jules explained, prompting Cam to joke: ‘Wedding, kids, done.’
The couple ‘tied the knot’ on September 20, 2018 in a non-legally binding ceremony at Sydney’s Centennial Park.

This means they’re planning to get married on September 20, 2019 to commemorate the special day.
The duo then addressed the whole group when everyone had arrived at the reunion.

Speaking to the producers afterwards, Cameron said: ‘We did it once when we didn’t know each other. But now we want to get married a second time. Now we’re in love – which is magic.’
Daily Mail Australia previously revealed that Jules will have two very familiar faces in her wedding party.
It is believed that co-stars Heidi Latcham and Melissa Lucarelli will be be taking on bridesmaid duties, after forming a close bond on the show.
