Elizabeth Sobinoff has spoken out about the messages she received from Ines Basic after they left Married at First Sight.
On Sunday night’s commitment ceremony, Elizabeth, 27, was left furious after her ‘husband’ Sam Ball, 26, finally admitted to having an ‘affair’ with Ines, 28.
Elizabeth, Sam, Ines and Bronson Norrish all chose to leave the experiment after the ‘affair’ revelation and on Monday, Elizabeth read apologetic messages she received from Ines after the show.

‘She did try to contact me and this was after filming, I never opened it,’ Elizabeth told Fitzy and Wippa during an interview on Monday.
The jilted bride received direct messages on Instagram from Ines, which she opted not to read live on-air, however, she showed them to radio co-host Michael ‘Wippa’ Wipfli – who gave listeners a brief summary.
‘It’s kind of suggesting that she knew that Sam wasn’t really behaving all that well and she’s praising you for being strong, and she’s upset that you haven’t spoken about it earlier,’ he said.

On Sunday, Sam came clean about the ‘affair’ in front of the other couples and he said he regretted being with Ines.
‘If I had my time over, I wouldn’t have accepted the message. I wouldn’t have accepted the message from Ines and met up with Ines. I do regret it,’ he said.

‘It’s hard. Ines wants this long-term commitment from me, and, from the short time that we’ve spent together, I can’t guarantee that at all. I can’t guarantee that.’
When asked about the scandal, Ines appeared to be completely unapologetic which prompted Elizabeth to storm out of the room.
‘There’s no way I’m gonna give that girl a platform. I don’t want to hear the excuses,’ Elizabeth fumed.
‘I don’t want to hear any of it. She didn’t give me any respect, especially when I went and apologised to her. I gave her chocolate. Oh, my god, that’s the girl code. Like… I am definitely feeling hurt. You’ve tried to belittle me when you’re obviously guilty. I’m sorry, what? Excuse me? She’s disgusting.’
