She’s on the hunt to find love once again, after signing up to appear on Married At First Sight for a second time.

But fans have voiced their concerns for Elizabeth Sobinoff.

In the comments section of a post shared to a MAFS Facebook group on Friday, they commented on her dramatic weight loss.

‘She looks so thin, hope she’s okay!’ Married At First Sight fans voiced their concerns for Elizabeth Sobinoff’s dramatic weight loss, just days ahead of the show’s season two premiere

‘She looks so thin, hope she’s okay!’ one wrote underneath a photo of the 28-year-old on her wedding day from the upcoming season.

The picture saw Elizabeth revealing her slender back and arms in a white princess-style gown with a dramatic train.

Her brunette locks were styled in a chignon at the nape of the neck.

Married At First Sight fans were quick to share their thoughts on Elizabeth’s dramatic transformation from last year’s season in the comments section of the post.

Viewers had shared their support for Elizabeth last year when she was cruelly fat-shamed by her MAFS husband Sam Ball – who said she was ‘bigger’ than other girls he dated.

Elizabeth told NW magazine last year that she had lost 10 kilograms since filming wrapped on the first season.

However, she stated that her weight loss had nothing to do with her former partner’s rude jab, but was in fact due to health reasons.

Elizabeth had been diagnosed with porphyria and autoimmune disease (a mild form of Lupus) – with symptoms including photo sensitivity, speech problems and hair loss, which prompted her to wear hair extensions.

To help, she revealed she often changes her diet.

‘I think I always look fabulous,’ Elizabeth told the publication. ‘I’ve thought that when I weighed 49kg and when I’ve weighed 90kg… I’m actually dealing with some health conditions that cause my weight to fluctuate.

‘I may gain weight again and that’s okay. The most important thing is that I’ve always been mentally strong.’

Elizabeth is one half of an ‘intruder’ couple that will join MAFS later in the season.

She has been paired with retired footy player Seb Guilhaus, and it’s believed they’re still together post-filming.

Married At First Sight premieres Monday, February 3 on Channel Nine.
