She’s currently on a mission to slim down as part of her role as a Weight Watchers ambassador ahead of her upcoming wedding to Cameron Merchant.

And on Thursday, Married at First Sight’s Jules Robinson revealed she intends to shed the kilos naturally and won’t conform to unhealthy weight loss standards.

‘I’ll come to events like this and (won’t deprive myself) and I’m still losing weight,’ Jules said.

The flame-haired beauty went on to say she has embraced the curves she was born with and, as such, wants to promote a healthy message about weight loss.

She added: ‘I’m absolutely loving being an ambassador for WW. Then to get feedback now where I’m actually inspiring women to choose health, it’s been amazing and it hasn’t been hard.

‘It’s a lifestyle, not a diet. I love it, it’s been fantastic.’

Jules, who has lost 3kg of her 10kg goal in two months, recently addressed the fact that she hasn’t reached her goal yet, despite training ‘really hard.’

Taking to Instagram, the 37-year-old wrote in a candid post: ‘This week I didn’t lose any weight I actually gained.

‘Of course I felt a little meh once I got off the scales but what matters is that I worked really hard this week and I made steps to being a healthier me. I ran! I don’t run and I did!

‘I am 100 per cent that woman that once a month feels like I go up a dress size, this is life and what happened today was real life,’ she wrote.

Jules went on to say that it’s ‘okay to not hit those goals’ and that she will continue to share her experience with her followers.
