MAFS’ Martha Kalifatidis ‘refuses’ to remove a tattoo of her ex-boyfriend’s name on her bottom

Their seemingly perfect relationship has made them fan favourites on Married At First Sight.

But there could be trouble in paradise for Martha Kalifatidis and Michael Brunelli, as a new report claims her sentimental tattoo has caused tension between the pair.

The Instagram model, 30, has her ex-boyfriend Marcos’s name tattooed on her bottom, and it matches a tattoo that he has of Martha’s name on his right bicep.

‘She’s been hesitant to have the tattoo removed because of how much the relationship meant to her,’ an insider told Woman’s Day on Monday.

‘Martha got the tattoo on a whim while holidaying with her ex, Marcos, on the Greek island of Mykonos back in 2012. They were on their way to dinner one night  and she just decided to do it.’

The source added that Michael, a 27-year-old school teacher from Melbourne, has ‘resorted to placing duct tape on the tattoo’ whenever they’re intimate.

Photos of Martha and Marcos on holiday in Greece in 2012 show them kissing, soaking up the sun at the beach and enjoying romantic dinners.

One of the pictures from the trip features a shirtless Marcos flaunting his bicep tattoo: a love heart with ‘Martha’ written inside.
