They have first hand experience with reality TV after appearing on Married At First Sight. 

And on Tuesday, couple Michael Brunelli, 27, and Martha Kalifatidis, 30, poked fun at producers during a hilarious role play video shared to Instagram.

In the clip, Michael was seen holding a camera and pretending to be a producer, while Martha portrayed a contestant on reality TV.

‘Trying to get breakfast there’s nothing. I’ll be having a coffee, Michael can watch me,’ she said.

Not satisfied with her dialogue, Michael said: ‘More emotion! I need more emotion!’ 

Martha then cried out: ‘I’m devastated! Like, I just want to eat something… I don’t think I’m gonna make it through the day.

‘Michael’s trying to starve me! I can’t take it, he wants to take me to the gym, he doesn’t wanna feed me.’

‘Can we just do that again? Just one more time?’ Michael jokingly probed in response.

‘Now we just need the close up… one more time. Act natural.’

And the hilarious clip comes after Martha revealed she’s ready to put the drama behind her after enduring months of backlash due to her ‘villain’ edit.

On Sunday, the makeup artist shared a candid family photo to Instagram and reflected on her difficult past few months.

‘My world got turned upside down this year…. but I learnt a valuable lesson,’ penned Martha. ‘I could endure anything with the right people by my side!’
