Sam Ball doesn’t look like this anymore: MAFS super-villain is unrecognisable in jacked gym photo… four years after cheating on bride Lizzie Sobinoff

Married At First Sight villain Sam Ball stunned fans on Monday when he debuted his jaw-dropping new look.

The 30-year-old shared a post-workout selfie on Instagram showcasing his bulging biceps as he posed in a black T-shirt and tight sweatpants.

The army recruit also sported a bushy beard and eye-catching tattoos in the photo.

‘A one-hour workout is four per cent of your day,’ he captioned his motivational post about fitness, adding: ‘No excuses.’

The snap was taken at a gym in Perth, where Sam’s new girlfriend Kylie Caires lives.

Sam’s selfie shows how much the divisive MAFS star has changed since he appeared on the Channel Nine series in 2019.

He was public enemy No. 1 during the sixth season when he body-shamed his ‘wife’ Elizabeth Sobinoff on their wedding day.

Later in the experiment, he cheated on Lizzie with fellow bride Ines Basic, in one of the biggest scandals in the history of the franchise.
