MAFS Sarah and Telv reach mutual undertaking in court after each taking out AVOs

Married At First Sight’s Sarah Roza, 39, and Telv Williams, 34, appeared in court last month after each taking out Apprehended Violence Orders (AVOs) on each other.

Daily Mail Australia can reveal that the former reality TV couple reached a mutual undertaking after failing to settle their differences privately in early August.

‘The main term of the undertaking is that each party must refrain from speaking about the other publicly from this point forward,’ an insider claimed.

An AVO is an Order made by a court against a person who makes you fear for your safety, to protect you from further violence, intimidation or harassment.

A source close to Telv and Sarah said: ‘Things reached a point where something drastic had to be done and this seemed like the only plausible option.

‘Details of their individual AVOs are being kept private and both Sarah and Telv seem happy to finally move on and follow the rules stipulated in the undertaking.’

An undertaking to the Court is a formal pledge or promise to do something that is binding as an Order of the Court.

Sarah and Telv enjoyed a short-lived romance on the popular Channel Nine show earlier this year, before officially announcing their split on March 24.

Since then, the pair have engaged in several public spats.

The unpleasantness between them boiled over in July after Sarah revealed she had been meeting up with Telv’s children, Miah, four, and T.J., two, behind his back.

At the time, Sarah told Daily Mail Australia: ‘I talk to his kids more than he does. They FaceTime me on their mother’s phone daily!’

Discussing Sarah’s behaviour, Telv told NW: ‘That was the final straw for me. I want Sarah to move on, stop talking about me to the media and stay away from my children.’

Daily Mail Australia has contacted Telv and Sarah for comment.
