Married At First Sight’s Ryan Gallagher has confirmed he not with ‘wife’ Davina Rankin anymore following the ‘cheating’ scandal that gripped the nation.
In a new interview, the 29-year-old set the record straight on his love life, after being associated with on-screen ‘wife’ Davina and co-star Ashley Irvin.
Speaking with The Canberra Times on Thursday, he said he was ‘definitely single’ and also shot down rumours of a dalliance with former MAFS star Nadia Stamp.

The tradesman confirmed his relationship status and claimed he currently isn’t in a relationship with anyone.
‘I am definitely single. Not dating anyone,’ he told the publication.
‘Out of the rumours, the only person I’m not dating is my wife [Davina]. I’m dating the rest of Australia apparently when really I’m going to bed lonely as buggery,’ he said.

The Maroubra-based reality star added he and Ashley were ‘definitely not together’ and also dismissed whispers he previously dated former MAFS Nadia.
‘She sat on my lap for a photo and I was very new to this game, I had no idea about paparazzi or anything like that. I didn’t speak to her the whole night,’ he offered.
Ryan confessed he ‘felt like a total idiot’ when Davina planned to leave him for his on-screen nemesis, Dean Wells.

He also spoke diplomatically about Dean’s controversial rapping skills, proposing he didn’t think it was ‘recording-worthy’ but he was sure ‘Tracey was very happy with it’.
Ryan’s ‘wife’ Davina was caught engaging in a secret relationship with Dean last week, and openly told Ryan she wasn’t interested in him.
Meanwhile, rumoured new partner Ashley had become frustrated with her ‘husband’ Troy after his ‘quirky’ habits and bizarre behaviour continued to annoy her.

Ryan appeared on the Today show on Thursday with co-star Tracey Jewel and confirmed once again he and Davina are not an item.
When asked by co-host Georgie Gardner if Davina has ‘any hope’ of regaining his trust, he immediately replied: ‘No, not on my end’.
‘You can forgive, but you can’t forget,’ he continued.
