MAFS’ Tracey Jewel admits she wasn’t happy with Dean’s confessions

A few massive truth bombs were dropped at the dinner party on Wednesday night’s episode of Married At First Sight, thanks to the emergence of a ‘question box’.

Tracey Jewel and Dean Wells spoke candidly about their relationship issues, but the 34-year-old admitted to TheFix that she was left unimpressed by some things her ‘husband’ said.

Speaking to the publication following the episode’s airing, Tracey also acknowledged that the 39-year-old likely felt the same about her honest admissions.

The question box forced Tracey and Dean to confront their real feelings about Dean’s ‘affair’ with co-star Davina Rankin and their resulting trust issues.

‘We definitely had some curly questions in that box and I wasn’t happy with some of the answers,’ Tracey explained to the online publication.

She added: ‘I don’t think Dean was happy with mine either.’

During their candid confessions, Tracey asked Dean about the Davina situation, questioning that if the roles were reversed and she was the one cheating on him, would he still be there?

Dean admitted that he would not have stuck around if that were the case.  

Speaking of Dean’s frank response, Tracey acknowledged that he had been honest eventually, saying: ‘He did step up but it took him a while to get there.’

Meanwhile, Tracey left Dean flabbergasted when she opened up about her trust issues and revealed the reason she stuck around on the show.

‘I could see why the experts matched us and it just killed me that you couldn’t see it,’ she said during a tense dinner party.

‘And I also stayed out of spite because I was so humiliated,’ the author added. ‘I wanted you to feel a consequence for what you did.’
