MAFS Tracey Jewel says she was approached for The Bachelor

She is the self-described ‘relationship expert’ who turned to Married At First Sight in a last-ditch attempt to find love.

But Tracey Jewel, 35, has now revealed she had a few offers on the table, telling OK! Magazine on Thursday she was asked to take part in another TV series.

‘I was approached to go on The Bachelor,’ said the Perth-based single mother.

‘I was approached to go on The Bachelor’: Married At First Sight’s Tracey Jewel, 35, claims she was approached to join The Bachelor, in an interview with Ok! Magazine

‘It was actually to go on Blake Garvey’s season (in 2014), which is weird because we’ve actually dated before,’ she added.

The author explained that they met in high school, when they were 17 years old.

‘We were both each others firsts!’ she laughed, before clarifying that they dated on and off for a year-and-a-half before going their separate ways at university.

The couple even briefly got back together in 2012, two years before Blake achieved nationwide infamy on The Bachelor.

Tracey has been linked with other high-profile men, including entrepreneur Simon Ingleson and Sam Barnett, the son of WA Premier Colin Barnett.
