Tracey and Dean’s relationship was almost torn apart after Dean cheated on his blushing bride with Instagram model Davina.
But Dean’s infidelity appears to be in the past now, after Tracey’s parents gave the 39-year-old a pass for betraying their daughter on Tuesday’s episode of Married At First Sight.
The cheating groom received a tick of approval from his doting in-laws after confessing his sins to them over lunch at Tracey’s apartment.

‘I do feel bad for Dean,’ said Tracey before the lunch. ‘It seems like we’re living Groundhog Day with these issues over and over again.’
Tracey then told her parents: ‘It has been really hard because I had feelings for Dean and it was hard to see him do what he did to me.’
But after Dean admitted his infidelity to his forgiving in-laws, the elderly couple were quick to give him their blessing.
‘It has been really hard because I had feelings for Dean and it was hard to see him do what he did to me,’ said Tracey
‘I mean, this is bound to happen,’ replied Tracey’s mother.
‘You’re thrown together not knowing one another, 24/, it’d be full-on,’ she continued.
Tracey’s dad then cracked a joke about Dean being a ‘bad husband,’ causing everyone at the table to burst into laughter.
‘Our generation, we all sort of stayed together,’ explained the mum. ‘It’s a faster life these days.’

Tracey responded: ‘I think people quit it too easily, I think they’re out the first opportunity they get.’
Her parents agreed with her enthusiastically, nodding along as Tracey explained her reason for staying.
After the lunch, a relieved Dean said: ‘I was a bit more worried that they’d be pretty upset or come down hard on me, but they were actually understanding and didn’t judge me too hard.’
