Malin Akerman and her sister Jennifer made a brief pit-stop at a convenience store in San Bernardino as they road-tripped to California’s Yucca Valley on Thursday.
The 42-year-old actress appeared in high spirits, as she wore a mask and prepared to hunker down in accordance with California’s stay-at-home order and month-long curfew.
While exiting the driver’s seat, the Swedish-American star removed her black hoodie and spoke to her 31-year-old sibling, who moved to Los Angeles to model at 19.

Before heading into the small shop, she made sure to slip on a floral face mask amid the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
After making her purchases, the beauty was glued to her phone as she returned to her car wearing a black tank top, cropped pants and beige boots with gold buckles.
Malin, who has been happily married to Jack Donnelly since 2018, was enjoying some quality time with Jennifer, who’s engaged to The Walking Dead’s Tom Payne.

On Saturday morning, Jennifer gave a glimpse of their trip by sharing a scenic snap from Yucca Valley, which is on the northern edge of Joshua Tree National Park.
In addition to tagging the town located in San Bernardino County, Jennifer captioned her shot of the sun shining, ‘Waking up in… Yucca Valley.’
Earlier this week, she told fans three of her new tracks were featured in Malin’s film, Chick Fight, starring her sister Malin, Bella Thorne and Alec Baldwin.

In the film, Malin plays Anna Wyncomb, a woman who’s introduced to an underground, all-female fight club in order to turn the mess of her life around, according to IMDb. Her character eventually discovers she’s much more personally connected to the history of the club than she could ever imagine.
Her impressive resume also includes Harold & Kumar Go to White Castle (2004), The Heartbreak Kid (2007), 27 Dresses (2008), Watchmen (2009), The Proposal (2009), Catch .44 (2011) and Rampage (2018).
