Javoris Quentin Phillips, 36, allegedly sexually assaulted a 14-year-old boy while dressed as a woman
A man is behind bars after he allegedly dressed as a woman to try and seduce a 14-year-old boy, and then sexually assaulted him when the teen attempted to run away.
Javoris Quentin Phillips, 36, has been charged with kidnapping and lewd and lascivious battery of a victim younger than 15.
A man who was with Phillips at the time of the attack in Fort Lauderdale, Florida remains at large.
The teen told police that both men propositioned him while wearing wigs, women’s clothes, and make-up as he was walking to a friend’s house at 7am on August 6, 2017.
He immediately realized the pair were men after hearing their voices. The teen tried to run away, but the two men were faster.
The men hit him on the head, tied the teen’s wrists together, and dragged him behind an abandoned house, according to the Sun Sentinel.
They allegedly threatened to kill him if he screamed. One of the men held a gun to the teen’s head and told him to ‘shut up’.

The teen told police that one of the men, later identified to be Phillips, performed oral sex on him while the other man watched.
Despite their warnings, the teen screamed for help and tried to fight them off. The pair fled the scene in a gray car that the boy said he had seen them in before.
The boy told police that the man who sexually assaulted him had been wearing a long curly wig, a bra, and a black shirt. There were bumps on his face from shaving.
He said the other man, who was also wearing a curly wig, had a mustache and a ‘little bit of a beard’ and was armed with a knife.

A tipster called the boy’s uncle while the police were still at the crime scene and told authorities to look at a Facebook page under the name Aceianna Phillips.
The tipster had allegedly been propositioned by Phillips in the past and the boy’s story sounded eerily familiar.

‘He stated that it is the male’s M.O. to proposition young boys in the manner of that of the victim child,’ the police report read.
Records showed that the legal name for Aceianna Phillips was Javoris Phillips, who also had a gray 2013 Hyundai that matched the boy’s description registered under his name.
A rape test kit also came back positive for DNA belonging to Nathan Phillips, one of Phillips’ known aliases.
Phillips, who has also gone by Frederic, Cedrick, Hannah, and Aceiyana, was arrested on Wednesday and is being held without bond.
He has previously been convicted for prostitution, battery on a law enforcement officer, weapons charges, loitering and prowling, and car jacking.
