He is due to appear in Perth Magistrates Court on Wednesday as the fourth person to be charged since the Western Australian Police Force in February set up Taskforce Mirzam to investigate a child sex racket.
He is accused of sexually assaulting a girl, who was seven during the first offence, in the company of two men, aged 45 and 56, and a 39-year-old woman.
The younger man, 45, is alleged to have raped is own daughters and stepchildren between 2001 and 2006, when his two girls were both four.

In March, the 39-year-old woman was charged with raping her eight-year-old daughter along with her husband and one of their friends at a swingers party.
She was accused of 50 counts of indecent dealing of a child under 13 by a lineal relative and 14 counts of sexual penetration of a child.
Taskforce Mirzam was established after a member of the public found videos showing adults, both male and a female, engaging in sexual acts with a young girl.
