A 46-year-old man died in hospital over a week after being shot in the head in broad daylight close to Queen’s Park Tube station in west London.
Eraj Seifi, of Maida Vale, was shot inside a property on Bravington Road in the family-friendly residential area in the afternoon of January 29.
He was treated by medics at the scene of the incident before being rushed to hospital for urgent treatment, where he then died on February 7.
A post-mortem examination conducted at Westminster Mortuary on February 11 found the cause of death to be a gunshot wound to the head.

In a statement, the Metropolitan Police have now confirmed that two male suspects were charged before Mr Seifi died of his injuries.

Errol James, 51, was arrested two days after the incident on suspicion of attempted murder. He was further arrested on February 5 and charged later that day with attempted murder and possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life.
A second man, Romello Briggs-Leon, 25, was also arrested on February 3 and charged with attempted murder in the early hours of February 4.
Both suspects appeared at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on February 6, where they were remanded in custody to appear at the Old Bailey on March 3.
Following reports of the shooting last January, police imposed a Section 60 over parts of Westminster, Brent, and Kensington and Chelsea, giving them further powers to stop and search suspects in connection to the case.
