A man in his 40s was pulled from the water on Monday afternoon at Native Dog Beach, located approximately 10km south of Bremer Bay.
The incident occurred around 2.10pm after two children were reportedly caught in a rip current.
The man was reportedly one of four adults who ran into the water trying to save the children.
