A man was shot dead outside a popular Times Square bar early Tuesday morning.
The 32-year-old man, who has not been identified, was shot in the head during what witnesses described as a fight between two men.
Police said the gunman shot the victim near the Tonic Bar at Seventh Avenue around 4am as the bar was closing. It’s believed the victim was partying at the bar before the shooting.

The victim was rushed to Bellevue Hospital, where he later died.

Witnesses said a fight between the two men led to the deadly shooting, but it’s still unclear what the fight was about.
One witness who works across the street from the bar told NBC 4 that he didn’t see an altercation, but that the suspect just shot the victim as the victim walked out of the bar.
‘There was no fight or anything like that,’ the witness said. ‘It was so quiet. They just came out of the club and we heard the shot.’
Another witness told the station that people were pouring out onto the sidewalk when the man was shot as the bar was closing for the night. No arrests have been made.
