This is the shocking moment a man held a young child as he rollerbladed through the busy streets of Paris after dark.
Video footage recorded on Rue de Tolbiac shows the adult clutching the child, who is wearing a blue coat and no helmet, against his chest as they move next to cars.
For a while the pair skate alongside a bus but the man then makes his way into the right-hand lane and in front of the camera as they cross a junction.

After a few seconds the man looks back at the person with the camera, who appears to be on a motorbike, but then continues to skate forward.
Both the man and the child are clearly not wearing helmets in the video, with the grownup sporting a cap and shorts.
Video then shows the man making his way along the road and sticking to the right hand side as he holds the child tightly against his chest.
The adult weaved through traffic to get ahead of queuing cars during the evening outing
However as cars start to build at a junction, the man goes around the back of one of the vehicles and overtakes.
The man, who does have a clearly visible flashing light on his backpack, then makes his way up the row of cars to beat the queue.
During this section of his ride the man weaves into a gap between the cars and manages to get ahead of the traffic.

The person with the camera follows the man for a short while longer but almost loses the man and child as they get so far ahead of the cars.
A few seconds later the pair are seen for a final time as the roads clear and they continue straight as the person filming starts to make a left turn.
After seeing the sight on Wednesday night, the filmer said: ‘The irresponsible dad bears his very young kid in his arms while he is among the traffic.’
