Man shares a photo of his girlfriend cleaning her collection of 600 Monopoly sets

A man has revealed that his girlfriend has 600 Monopoly sets, and his jaw-dropping photo of her extensive collection has inspired people to offer to send her more.

Reddit user eoin27 shared a snapshot of his lady love sitting in front of three large bookcases filled with various versions of the board game.

‘My girlfriend cleaning her Monopoly collection,’ he captioned the image, which has earned 6,000 comments in just nine days.

The picture shows the woman wearing a Monopoly-themed apron while wiping down one of the sets.

The walls behind her are lined with different versions of the board game, which come in various colors and sizes. 

Unsurprisingly, people wanted to know how many Monopoly sets she has, and one Reddit user went a step further and asked if they have been opened and used.   

‘She has about 600,’ eoin27 replied. ‘There are some duplicates and most are sealed. 

‘The oldest one is from the 1940s I think,’ he added. ‘My favourite is the Harley Davidson one which weighs about 20 pounds.’

Someone else added: ‘Word. My s**t a** engineering company made a custom Monopoly set for their 100th anniversary. Sealed in a box. I’ll part with it. 

‘It will only get rarer since the CEO is a moron and is running the company into the ground so it won’t last much longer.
