An Australian man who has suffered from alopecia for 10 years has shared photos of his brown locks growing back entirely after 60 days with the help of a $45 vitamin.
Christopher is an industrial engineer who has battled the autoimmune disease ‘on and off’ for the past decade, with hair constantly falling out and regrowing on his scalp.
He decided to try nutritionist Jessica Sepel’s $44.99 Hair + Energy tablets after hearing about other people’s success with hair growth on the natural supplements.

The JSHealth Hair + Energy Vitamins ($44.99)
Two months after taking the tablet once a day and the top of Christopher’s scalp is full of hair, so he reached out to Miss Sepel with a vote of sincere thanks.
Alopecia is a condition that causes white blood cells to attack the cells in our hair follicles, causing them to shrink and dramatically slow down hair production.
Sadly It isn’t known exactly why the body’s immune system targets hair follicles in this way, Medical News Today reported.
‘The JSHealth H+E Vitamins contain zinc which helps to maintain normal healthy hair, skin and nails,’ Miss Sepel’s website read.

The capsules also contain a therapeutic dose of iodine from kelp which helps to restore hair strength and volume, which naturally supports hair growth.
When it comes to boosting your energy, iodine is essential for the manufacturing of thyroid hormones that regulate metabolism and energy production throughout the body.
So not only do the vitamins increase hair volume but the customer will get an additional boost of liveliness by taking the tablets as well.

Miss Sepel recommends taking one capsule a day with breakfast and to store the bottle in a cool, dry place that doesn’t heat up beyond 25 degrees.
Christopher’s wife said the couple, who have a 17-month-old daughter, have also been taking Sepel’s Skin & Digestion and Detox & Debloat vitamins to great effect.
Kelly, who is from Coolamon in New South Wales, has also helped replenish her locks with Sepel’s $44.99 supplement.
‘The first time I started losing hair was in 2010 and the second was in 2016. Both these times my hair fell out over a 12 month period,’ the 46-year-old told FEMAIL.
‘It started in a small patch but continued to fall out all over and became very thin and sparse.’
In August 2019 Kelly saw a small bald spot forming again, which continued to spread across the scalp until March 2020.
Doctors have put her hair loss down to alopecia but Kelly is concerned ‘fad dieting’ might be setting it off.

‘I think of my lifestyle during each time and I was on a “fad diet” six or so months beforehand. So I personally feel the lack of different food groups like carbohydrates and sugar, and the stress of dieting, may have been a big trigger,’ she said.
Kelly heard about Jessica Sepel and her JSHealth vitamins on social media.
‘I noticed very small stubble growing back in a month after taking them every day for this period,’ she said. ‘I have been taking them every day for two and a half months’.
