A 69-year-old man has been arrested after he allegedly shot and killed another man, aged 30, at a home in Victoria.
The deceased received gunshot wounds and was declared dead at the scene after emergency crews were called just after 10pm on Monday in Mulgrave, southeast of Melbourne.
Emergency services were called to the home on Vincent Street where they found the 30-year-old with fatal gunshot wounds.

The Mulgrave man was arrested at the scene and is assisting Homicide Squad detectives with their investigation.
Police believe both parties were known to eachother.
