A man who has spent more than $30,000 on cosmetic procedures to transform himself into a ‘space elf’ wants plastic surgeons to give him an out-of-this-world nose that ‘doesn’t look human at all.’
On Wednesday night’s episode of the E! reality series Botched, Luis Padron, 25, from Buenos Aires, Argentina, meets with Dr. Paul Nassif and Dr. Terry Dubrow because he believes the doctors are the only ones who can give him the elfin nose of his dreams.
‘I specifically focus my transformation in space elves,’ Luis says in a preview clip for the episode. ‘They are warriors of love and light, and they protect the Earth from evil aliens and stuff like that.’
Out of this world: Luis Padron, 25, from Buenos Aires, Argentina, has spent more than $30,000 on cosmetic procedures to transform himself into a ‘space elf’
Ethereal: The fantasy fanatic believes elves are pale with big eyes, small features, and long white hair
Goal: Luis says he dreams of having the beauty of an ethereal elf
The fantasy fanatic believes elves are ‘very pale with big eyes, small features, [and] long white hair.’
‘It’s the kind of beauty that I want to have,’ he says of their ‘ethereal’ appearance.
Luis became obsessed with the world of elves, angels, and fantasy beings after being bullied as a child, and his focus eventually shifted to transforming himself into one of his beloved characters.
In his quest for fantasy perfection, he has had full body hair removal, Botox, more than 40 fillers, and laser skin bleaching to remove his freckles.
Not what he wanted: Luis had an experimental medical procedure to change his eyes from brown to purple, but they ended up dark gray
Making it work: Luis now has a collection of 500 contact lenses in ‘fantastic colors like black to look like a demon or white to look like an angel’
Going to extremes: Luis had rhinoplasty and jaw liposuction at the same time
A few years ago, he learned about a medically unapproved treatment to change your eye color, and while it was ‘experimental,’ he decided to do it anyway.
‘I wanted to have purple eyes like elves, but I ended up [with] dark gray, and I didn’t like it at all,’ he admits.

Unfortunately, it wasn’t the only procedure that didn’t turn out the way Luis had hoped it would.
When he saw his previous plastic surgeon for the first time, he told her that he wanted a ‘small and pointy nose’ that ‘doesn’t look human at all.’
Unhappy: The fantasy lover says the result of his surgeries was not the ‘perfect, small, elfic face’ he has always wanted
Hope: Luis believes Dr. Paul Nassif and Dr. Terry Dubrow can help fix the things he has had done to his face
Looking to the future: ‘I want my nose to be smaller, my jaw to be smaller and more symmetric. I want to fulfill my dreams and reach my goals,’ he says
Luis also had jaw liposuction at the same time because he wanted to remove his family’s features from his face.
‘We are very skinny, but we have a lot of baby fat on the neck,’ he explains. But, sadly, the result is not the perfect, small, elfic face that I wanted to have.’
‘I want to see Dr. Nassif and Dr. Dubrow because they are perfect to fix the things that I have had done to my face, he adds.

‘I’m not elfing around with being an elf.’
