On Friday, the 40-year-old actress took to Instagram to share adorable photos and videos of her and her family welcoming home the newest addition to their family.
In her post, she also shared a first look at the precious newborn, Louise Everett, and documented each family member having one-on-one time with their recent arrival.
Alongside many pink heart emojis, the This Is Us star wrote in her caption: ‘One week with our Lou.’
Just two days earlier, she announced that she gave birth to her third child with husband Taylor Goldsmith and revealed the sweet moniker they chose for her.
In addition to their baby girl, Moore and Goldsmith, 39, are also parents to two sons — three-year-old August ‘Gus’ and Oscar ‘Ozzie,’ who is nearly two.
