The 31-year-old model stepped out in a pink and gray sweatshirt with tight black leggings and white Nike sneakers.
She had a gray bag slung around her shoulders and resting on her right hip.

Nichols donned a pair of thick, dark sunglasses. She tied her hair back into a loose bun.
While waiting for her vehicle, the star sat on a bench and played on her phone, sunglasses resting on top of her head and a black face covering protecting her from COVID-19.
Though it is unclear what the social media star was doing on her phone, it’s almost certainly been blowing up since the big news about her ex Thompson broke.
The 31-year-old Chicago Bulls star, with whom Nichols shares her infant son Theo, and his ex-girlfriend Khloé Kardashian announced the birth of their second child via a surrogate yesterday.

The former couple, whose on–off relationship was repeatedly scarred by claims of his infidelities, are already the proud parents of a four-year-old daughter named True.
A representative for Khloé, 38, told Page Six this Friday that she ‘is incredibly grateful to the extraordinary surrogate for such a beautiful blessing.’
The representative continued in a statement: ‘We’d like to ask for kindness and privacy so that Khloé can focus on her family.’

Khloé and Tristan have not rekindled their romance in the wake of their new baby’s arrival, a source revealed to Page Six.
Their five-year on-off relationship imploded in December 2021 when DailyMail.com exclusively revealed the NBA star had fathered a child with Nichols while he was still involved with Khloé.
By the time Maralee and Tristan’s son was born in December, Khloé and Tristan’s surrogate was already pregnant with their new baby.

A source recently told Us Weekly that Tristan has ‘tried countless times to win back’ Khloé, but she is ‘done with him for good romantically.’
The exes dated on and off between 2016 and 2021, despite the relationship being buffeted by the sportsman’s serial infidelity.
Less than 48 hours before True was born, DailyMail.com exclusively broke news of Tristan’s alleged fling with New York City strip club bartender Lani Blair.
They remained together then, but broke up in February 2019 after Tristan shared a kiss at a party with Khloé’s sister Kylie Jenner’s then best friend Jordyn Woods.
When the coronavirus lockdowns struck, Tristan and Khloé moved in together so they could both be with True – and wound up rekindling their romance as well.
Reports of their latest split began circulating in June 2021 as Tristan found himself denying a swirl of cheating rumors.

Last year, it emerged that he had fathered a child with another woman while he was still romantically involved with Khloé.
DailyMail.com exclusively obtained court documents in late 2021 claiming Tristan was having a baby by Nichols.
Maralee gave birth on December 1 and released a statement a couple of weeks later along with the first public pictures of her son.
Tristan fired up his Instagram early in January and confessed for the first time that he was the father of Maralee’s baby, having established the fact via a paternity test.
Khloé unleashed a furious tirade against her ex in the finale of The Kardashians, which aired this June, after learning that he had not only cheated on her again – but that he had fathered a secret child with another woman.
She made the shock discovery about Tristan when her sister Kim Kardashian, 41, read a story on DailyMail.com, which exclusively revealed the news that the former NBA player had admitted to fathering a child in court papers.
