Marco recently confessed that he’s relapsed after managing 48 days sober from drinks and drugs.
Admitting that he ‘hates himself’ for succumbing his addiction, the TV personality addressed his fans via Instagram stories on Tuesday.
The heavily-inked model had previously revealed that he was going sober after his addiction resulted in him being hospitalised and he was coughing up blood.

He captioned his first video ‘F***ing hate myself right now’, as he explained: ‘I relapsed yesterday. So I’ve taken 48 days forwards and two steps back and I feel f***ing terrible for relapsing so, I’m back.’
In the second video, he said: ‘I’m just glad to be back. I’m going to go to a meeting tonight, f***ing honesty is the key in this programme.
Captioning the clip ‘recovery is a b***h’, he continued: ‘;F**k I’m going to get it back, I’m going to get these days back I know I am. back in rehab next week.’
Marco’s confession comes after he exclusively revealed to MailOnline last month that he’s swapped drugs for yoga after his serious addiction landed him in hospital.

‘I do yoga at 6am, I’m in the gym at 8am and I do things like horse riding. I’ve turned vegetarian and I’m eating things like avocado and scrambled eggs.’
The reality star added: ‘I’m not doing this to change people’s opinions of me. I am doing it for myself. I want to better myself.’
He said: ‘A friend called me up and told me “enough is enough”. She runs a yoga retreat, which is a sort of rehab and it’s really working.
