Mark McGowan FINALLY lets his own citizens return home after easing border restrictions with NSW 

West Australian Premier Mark McGowan will finally let his state’s residents return home after easing border restrictions with NSW.

While tourists who wish to visit the state will still need to quarantine for 14 days, residents currently out of the state will be able to return home from this Saturday.

Mr McGowan said NSW will be downgraded from extreme risk to high risk, based on health advice. 

‘Western Australia is now in a position to slightly ease our border restrictions with NSW,’ Mr McGowan said at a press conference on Wednesday morning.
