Married At First Sight star Cathy Evans reveals she’s continuing her body transformation by getting $30,000 worth of liposuction – after splashing out on a boob job, Botox and fillers
Former Married At First Sight star Cathy Evans has revealed she’s getting full-body liposuction at the end of the month.
The 27-year-old shared a candid YouTube video with fans on Tuesday, explaining her decision and detailing the places where she’s getting lipo and a fat transfer.
Cathy said she’s set to splash out around $29,000 for the procedure, which will be done at a Sydney clinic, after previously spending $20,000 on a boob job, Botox and fillers.

Cathy said she’s getting liposuction around her arms, upper and lower back, her flanks (the area around the hips), upper and lower abdomen, and thighs.
She’s also getting a fat transfer to the hips and is considering liposuction around the jaw.
The blonde said that she’s sharing her journey with fans and is not ‘pushing [plastic surgery] on anyone.’

Defending her decision to get the work done, Cathy said: ‘I’ve thought about this long and hard enough.’
‘I’m old enough to make my own decisions and what I decided to do to my body doesn’t affect anyone at all, it doesn’t change my personality it just makes me look better,’ she said with a laugh.
She added: ‘What I’m after isn’t found at the gym.’

Cathy, a reality TV star and amateur body builder, previously spent $20,000 on various cosmetic procedures, including a boob job, Botox and lip fillers.
It was reported early last year that in addition to losing weight and sculpting her body in the gym, Cathy also underwent a breast augmentation and brow lift.
She regularly has Botox injected into her chin and forehead, too, and gets lip filler to keep her pout looking as plump as possible.

After exchanging vows with Josh Pihlak on Married At First Sight, Cathy feared that the 28-year-old truck driver did not find her attractive.
‘I was really nervous going down the aisle. I find you attractive, but I was worried you wouldn’t find me attractive,’ she told him.
Josh soon put her mind at ease, telling Cathy she may be ‘the one’.
However, she debuted her new romance with policeman boyfriend Richard late last year.
