Married at First Sight UK fans were far-from impressed by new groom Georges, with some accusing him of being a ‘man-child’ after his wedding to his bride Peggy.
Despite sharing his hopes that his new bride could see past his bravado, the French hunk struggled to win over viewers with his introduction.
While Peggy seemed won over by Georges upon their first impression, her sister, and many fans, weren’t convinced, particularly as he seemed more focused on his new wife’s cleavage as she walked down the aisle.
One tweeted: ‘Georges is grinding on me already, a fake Jack the lad type! #MAFSUK.’
A second added: ‘Georges’s scenes really should be on mute, I am already exhausted #MAFSUK.’

‘Georges’s obsession with t**s is ironic, because he’s one of the biggest t**s I’ve ever seen on TV,’ a third added.
Noting his similarity to another iconic TV show character, one fan posted: ‘Georges’ favourite TV show must be The Inbetweeners.
A fan also posted: ‘Georges is a 30-odd version of Jay from The Inbetweeners. Not fair on Peggy that they have allowed this clown onto the show.’
‘Heard it too. Not covering myself in glory is Georges. Not convinced Peggy has the lottery win she thinks he has,’ one viewer shared.
A fan also wrote: ‘Georges is a walked red flag wrapped up in cringe.’
While Peggy seemed optimistic about Georges after their vows, a cringe-worthy speech by his best man began to cast doubts into her mind.
Will they hit it off? Or was this marriage doomed from the start?
Ahead of his debut on the show, it was also revealed that Georges previously appeared on Celebs Go Dating and enjoyed a date with former TOWIE star Chloe Sims.

Chloe, 41, who has jetted across the pond to live in Los Angeles, saw the dating agents back in 2018 and was put on a date with the sports physio.
And during the date with him, Chloe let slip that she ‘loved’ the name George and even opened up about their future marriage plans.
During the episode, on their date George said: ‘I have been in the South of France for my brother’s wedding.
‘My family have been all married in the church before, so it’s now down to me to get married in that church.
‘I think I would like to personally continue the family tradition. Personally, I would have loved to have invited you to be my guest.’
Jokingly Chloe responded: ‘Why didn’t you George?’ and he quickly chirped back ‘Well, I didn’t get the opportunity.’
Despite their very flirty exchange five years ago, the pair parted ways with nothing that had gone further after the date.
It comes after MailOnline revealed that transgender bride Ella Morgan cheated on her husband Nathanial Valentino with another groom on the show.
Ella, 29, shared a passionate kiss with a contestant on the E4 series that enters the experiment at a later date behind Nathanial’s back despite them committing to each other on their wedding day.
The revelation rocked the cast and Ella’s relationship with Nathanial, 36, who identifies as pansexual, meaning he doesn’t see gender and falls in love with the person, was left in tatters.
Viewers sobbed as Ella and Nathanial married after meeting for the first time at the altar and the former Geordie Shore star accepted his new wife for who she is as a transgender woman.
But Ella formed a connection with one of the other grooms in the process who is a heterosexual man, with the two agreeing they were much better suited.
Surprise: Ahead of his debut on the show, it was also revealed that Georges previously appeared on Celebs Go Dating and enjoyed a date with former TOWIE star Chloe Sims
A TV source told MailOnline: ‘There’s no denying that Ella and Nathanial were instantly attracted to each other the day of their wedding.
‘But Ella’s natural type is a straight man with masculine energy so one of the other grooms ticked more of her boxes.
‘She didn’t want to hurt Nathanial or go against the process because being part of the show means so much to her.
‘Ella was looking for love and with the other groom, he adores her body and mind, and they had a much better chance of enjoying a long-lasting relationship together.’
The E4 show introduces new couples to the experiment as the series unfolds and Ella’s affair takes place with one of the grooms who is yet to join the process.
Married At First Sight UK continues on Monday at 9pm on E4.
