Married At First Sight viewers slammed Melinda Willis after her vicious spray towards groom Layton Mills on Sunday night. 

The Brisbane beautician, 31, was less than impressed with her groom before talking herself up at the altar. 

Viewers branded her ‘awful’ and ‘pretentious’ after she called herself a ‘9.5 on a bad day’ before saying she would ‘swipe left’ on her groom.

‘Melinda is awful from the get-go. I don’t believe she will improve any,’ one fan said, clearly annoyed at her snooty attitude.

Melissa was less than impressed when she met Layton on Sydney Harbour.

Fans were less than impressed with Melinda’s behaviour

The blushing bride went on to describe her perfect man which clearly differed from her groom.   

‘My usual type is more, like, tall, dark, handsome. European, chiselled. You know, some stubble facial hair,’ she added. 

Despite the groom appearing more enamored with Melinda, the bride failed to warm-up following the kiss a the ceremony. 

‘The kiss was definitely not sexy. It was like cold and sloppy,’ she said. ‘I wouldn’t put my hand up for another kiss any time soon,’ she added. The star is already an influencer on Instagram
