‘How it looks from behind [crying-with-laughter emoji]. Holy s**t’, she wrote.

Hours earlier, she had uploaded a video of herself modelling her post-surgery compression garment, which featured a tight corset around the waist.

‘I was able to get it on, but it took us half an hour to get on. Had to get my partner to help me because there’s no way one pair of hands could get this on… pretty sure I broke one rib, by the way,’ she said.

The blonde proudly showed off her smaller waist and hourglass hips and thighs as she posed in front of a mirror in her new items.

‘Four weeks post-op,’ she captioned one image of herself, before tagging her plastic surgeon.

It’s a far cry from the nightmare recovery process that Cathy experienced last month.

At the time, the aspiring influencer broke down in tears as she recalled being evacuated from her home due to a nearby fire and how the experience left her humiliated and in excruciating pain.

Speaking into the camera, the bandaged bride said through tears: ‘We were all out on the street. I had to stand out like this, I’m so embarrassed.

‘It hasn’t been smooth sailing for me,’ she sobbed.

She explained that she was lying down and trying to recover when police and fireman barged into her home to get everybody to evacuate.

‘I really struggle to get up and all the fluid’s moving through my body, so I was kind of shocked and trying to get up faster and I was in more pain.’

The former reality star then suffered an unfortunate accident because she was unable to make it to the bathroom in time.

‘I had to go pee, but it takes me like fifteen minutes to go pee and I had peed a bit on my garment because I was stressed and they were calling for us to come out,’ she cried while wiping tears away.

‘And we didn’t grab my medication or nothing except for a couple of puppy pads, but behind me is a diaper,’ she continued.

‘That’s why it was embarrassing to go out on the street with blood everywhere.’

Cathy’s former MAFS co-star Hayley Vernon recently criticised her after she underwent a Brazilian bum lift.

Cathy, underwent a series of extensive plastic surgery procedures, including 10 liposuctions and a mini Brazilian bum lift.

But commenting on an Instagram post by entertainment website The Wash, Hayley, 34, warned against undergoing the risky procedure.

‘Look, a Brazilian bum lift is riskier than heart surgery, 1 in 2000 girls die of infection,’ she claimed.

‘I hope girls know this. I’d never do this surgery but it is Cathy’s decision n [sic] no one should give her s**t because of it.’

Cathy later addressed her critics in a scathing post on Instagram Stories, and warned she would block anyone who gave her ‘any hate’.

‘I’m not going to explain myself to people who mean nothing to me,’ she wrote.

She added: ‘My life, my body, my money, my choices.’

According to an August 2018 report by The Australasian Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (ASAPS), the high risk procedure results in the death of one in 3,000 patients.

‘This rate of death is far higher than any other cosmetic surgery,’ they wrote.

Cathy documented her recovering in a series of posts on Instagram Stories after undergoing the painful procedures.

‘I’m super swollen right now so my face looks quite f**ked. And I can only sleep on my stomach,’ she said in a video on Monday.

‘My neck is killing so I can’t really do anything about this discomfort, but I’m getting by. I am in quite a bit of pain and very limited in movement, and I’m very wet from the leaking.’
