’30 DAY Challenge down and dusted – Absolutely stoked with the results. I’m happier, clearer and ready to jump out of bed each day,’ he added.

‘Friends – whatever your journey, you need to know – you can do it. Even though it’s bloody hard some days, just take it one step at time.’

Johnny appeared on the last season of Married At First Sight where he found love with co-star, Kerry Knight.

The actor revealed last month that he will now star in the upcoming theatre show Forth Coming, a romantic comedy which ironically is all about finding a soulmate.

‘When we first started discussing this project I was single, but am now clearly very much in love, so it feels funny to be playing a bachelor,’ he told Daily Mail Australia.

‘I love acting and this play really is just a bit of tongue in cheek,’ he added.

While Johnny has been busy rehearsing his play, girlfriend Kerry said she has also returned to work full time as an occupational therapist.

But she has put things on pause for the time being due to Covid restrictions.

‘I’m under the same restrictions as everyone else in the country, but using the time at home wisely. I’m collaborating with Kate Ivey Fitness [an online workout program] to keep physically and mentally healthy,’ she said.

Kerry and Johnny met on this year’s season of MAFS, and proved to be one of the show’s most popular and least problematic couples.

After deciding to stay together during the final commitment ceremony, their relationship has gone from strength to strength.

They announced in June they were moving in together.
