Married At First Sight star Michael Goonan has confirmed he’s ‘seeing someone from the show’, after it was revealed he cheats on his bride Stacey Hampton with Hayley Vernon in upcoming episode of the show.
Appearing on Nova’s Fitzy and Wippa on Tuesday, Michael refused to name names or reveal who he’s dating.
However, he bizarrely took a swipe at bodybuilder Hayley, saying that he doesn’t think she’s ‘attractive,’ but she has a ‘wonderful personality.’

‘I don’t think Hayley is attractive,’ Michael said.
‘I think she has a wonderful personality. I think she’s flamboyant, vibrant, says it how it is, uncut, she’s crazy.’
When asked about the cheating scandal, Michael said he didn’t want to ‘give away any spoilers.’

But he did add: ‘I can lock in 100 per cent that I am seeing someone from the show.’
Woman’s Day alleged on Monday that Michael had a ‘secret girlfriend’ while filming the series.
The publication reports that he had a fling with a woman known only as ‘Rachel’.
‘He would sneak out all the time – he was barely around when cameras stopped rolling,’ a source is said to have told the magazine.

‘He met up with Rachel, a girl he knew from Adelaide,’ the source is said to have added, and the pair, ‘shared a boozy night together behind Stacey’s back’.
Stacey is said to have seen the night out as ‘an absolute slap in the face!’
It comes after Michael finally responded to rumours that he cheated on his ‘wife’ Stacey with Hayley during filming late last year.
Speaking to Monday’s TV Week, Michael confirmed that he and Hayley shared a kiss inside co-stars Vanessa Romito and Chris Nicholls’ hotel room after a night of drinking and ‘hanging out’.

‘We were all joking and having a laugh. We were mucking around with the phone and were like, “Oh how funny would it be if this got out?”‘ he said of the kiss – which was allegedly captured on camera.
‘We were fully clothed, just being stupid, being loose, having fun, not really understanding the implications of what rumours can do to your life.’
At the time of the kiss, Michael’s wife Stacey was away in Adelaide spending time with her two children, TV Week reports.
Meanwhile, Hayley has insisted that her encounter with Michael was just a ‘party pash’ and nothing more.
‘There might have been something shared, but it wasn’t a connection, that was more like a bottle of alcohol’, she told Monday’s New Idea magazine.
‘Everyone’s had a 16-year-old party pash, haven’t they?’ she added.
