‘If I had my time over, I wouldn’t have accepted the message. I wouldn’t have accepted the message from Ines and met up with Ines. I do regret it,’ he said.

Sam went on to admit that Ines’ desire for a commitment was scaring him off.

‘It’s hard. Ines wants this long-term commitment from me, and, from the short time that we’ve spent together, I can’t guarantee that at all. I can’t guarantee that,’ he admitted.

He went on: ‘I have to be honest with Ines about that. I can’t sit there and say, “Oh, yes, I can promise you that.” I can’t do that.’

After the shock revelation, Cyrell Jimenez Paule screamed at Ines, who was laughing to herself:  ‘You’ve just ruined a marriage and you’re sitting there smiling.’

Ines then stormed out, saying she would return only if Cyrell left, which she happily did.

Sam also explained that he never found his ‘wife’ Elizabeth Sobinoff attractive but was drawn to Ines.

‘Then Ines obviously not getting along with her partner. There was an attraction there between Ines and I. And the opportunity arose where we could catch up and say hello and whatever, so, obviously, we did.’

After hearing all this, Elizabeth, who was red-eyed and upset, voted to leave, saying she felt she never had the opportunity to have a relationship.
